Family transfer FAQ
Do you provide child seats, and how much do they cost?
Yes. We provide proper child and booster seats on request for 200 THB per seat. Just tell us each child's age when you book and we fit the right seat — infant, toddler or booster — so you don't have to lug your own through the airport. Bottled water for the family is included at no charge.
Are the child seats properly fitted?
Yes. Your driver installs and secures each seat correctly before you arrive, rather than leaving a loose seat on the bench for you to wrestle with. If you'd like to check or adjust the fit for your child, the driver will help — safety on the road with children is exactly why families book a private transfer instead of flagging a metered taxi with no seat at all.
Which vehicle should I choose for my family?
For two adults with one or two small children, an Innova or Fortuner (up to 6 seats, 4 bags) gives room for the kids, seats and cases. For larger families or two families together, the Toyota Commuter carries up to 9 passengers with plenty of luggage. Tell us your headcount, ages and bag count and we'll recommend the right size.
Can you stop for the kids on a long drive?
Of course. On longer runs — down to Pattaya, Hua Hin or Koh Samet — a halfway toilet and snack stop makes all the difference with children. Just ask your driver; a short comfort stop is included and won't change your fixed fare. The vehicles are air-conditioned with cold water on board to keep everyone comfortable.
Will the driver meet us at the airport even with kids and bags?
Yes — meet & greet is ideal when you're travelling with children. Your driver waits inside arrivals with a name board, takes the heavy cases, and walks you to the car, so you're not managing luggage, tired kids and a taxi queue at once. We track your flight, so an early or late landing is handled automatically.
