Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to transfers booked with Bangkok Taxi Cab.

Bookings & prices

Quoted prices are per vehicle, one-way, and include fuel, tolls and driver unless stated. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Optional extras (child seat 200 THB, extra stop 300–500 THB, Don Mueang surcharge 200 THB) are added only when requested or applicable.

Free cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, may be charged the full fare, as a driver has been committed to your trip.

Flight tracking & waiting

For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust to the actual landing time. Up to 60 minutes' waiting after touchdown is included. Extended waiting beyond that, at your request, may incur a reasonable charge agreed in advance.

Payment

Pay the driver in cash (THB) on the day, or by card link in advance (card adds 2.9%). No payment is taken at the time of booking.

Liability

All vehicles are licensed and insured. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, road closures, force majeure), but we will always do our best to get you there safely and on time.
