When you book, we collect only what is needed to provide your transfer: your name, contact number (phone/WhatsApp), flight number, pickup and drop-off details, passenger count and any special requests such as a child seat.

We use your details solely to arrange, confirm and carry out your booking, and to contact you about that trip. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the assigned driver receives the details necessary to complete your transfer. We use no third-party advertising trackers on this site beyond standard, privacy-respecting analytics.

Retention & your rights

We keep booking records only as long as needed for the service and basic accounting. You may ask us to access or delete your information at any time.
